SCOA Health and Genetics Committee
Fund Raising Project

The SCOA Health and Genetics Committee is please to introduce you to our newest fundraising project. We debuted our inagural set of saluki cards this year at the 2008 National. Each year, we will offer a set of 8 cards featuring salukis and health tips for their owners.

All proceeds from this project will go directly into the SCOA AKC CHF Donor Advisor Fund, which supports saluki-related research projects.

If you have a candid photo you would like to submit for this project, please email it to scoa-health@salukiclub.org with the information below:

• Owner's Name
• Owner's Address (owner's name and address will NOT appear on the card)
• Owner's email address
• Name of the saluki in the photo
• Accomplishments (not required)

The email MUST include a statement that grants the SCOA Health and Genetics Committee permission to use the saluki and the photo image.

If the committee selects the photo, the owner will be provided with a card featuring their dog.
